Hi Stampers. How’s the weather where you are?  It can’t seem to make up it’s mind here in Idaho.  My flowers had started blooming, then we got snow, now we are supposed to hit 80 degrees for Easter weekend. Speaking of flowers, have you used the Pierced Blooms Dies?  They make some really pretty flowers and there are LOTS of dies, so you can cut out many flowers at once.

Stampin’ Tip: Cut out several colors of flowers at once and store the extra pieces in a clear envelope and place them inside the coordinating stamp case.

Today’s card is a Granny Apple Green card base, 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″.  This is followed by a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Forever Greenery DSP.

The focal point of this card is a Granny Apple Green and a Basic White CS layer that was die cut using the Stitched Nested Label Dies.  These two die cuts were glued together and then attached to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Using Granny Apple Green ink and the Lovely You stamp set, I stamped the sentiment onto the Basic White.  Adding that pop of color to my card is some flowers cut out using the Pierced Blooms Dies with Bumble Bee and Granny Apple Green CS.

Inside the card is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS. A leftover 3/4″ strip of the Forever Greenery DSP was adhered to the left side.  Two tiny flowers, cut with the Pierced Blooms Dies, are adhered in the lower right corner.
