Hi Stampers. Today we are playing with the Snailed It bundle. I think that snail, is just too cute. Plus, I like the idea of sending snail mail.  It seems like all we get in the postal mail these days is bills and ads. Wouldn’t it be fun to get a handmade card instead of a bill?

Today’s cards starts with a Coastal Cabana card base followed by a layer of Snail Mail DSP. Next up, is a 4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS. Using the Rectangle Postage Stamp Punch, I punched four rectangles out of the Snail Mail DSP. These were adhered to the Basic White CS layer and then to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

The focal point is made using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  For the larger back label, I used Basic Gray CS. Next up is a label die cut out of Basic White CS. A snail, cut from the DSP, with the Snail Dies, is adhered in the center.  The labels were added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Inside the card is a layer of Basic White CS with the word hello stamped in Blushing Bride ink.  I also added a strip of the Snail Mail DSP across the bottom.Stampin' Up! Snailed It Postage Stamp Punch card by Lisa Ann Bernard of Queen B Creations
Here is an alternate version where I used Real Red instead of Basic Gray for the larger label. Which color do you prefer?  Do you want to see how these cards were made?  View my FB Live Video HERE.
