Hi, Stamper. Welcome to our January 2023 Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop.  We will be featuring alternative ideas for the Key To My Heart Paper Pumpkin kit.  Each month we use the pieces from the kit to create alternative projects.

Key to My Heart Alternative Card #1:

For my first alternative card, I used a Basic White card base with 1″ trimmed off. The front is dry embossed with the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder. Inside the card is a layer of Basic Gray with an additional piece that comes over the front of the card. Using the Layering Circle dies, I created the focal point to mount the lock and key on.  The lock and key are from the Key To My Heart Paper Pumpkin kit.

Inside the card I used the Key To My Heart stamp set and stamped the sentiment and the lock in Fresh Freesia ink. The key was stamped in Petal Pink ink onto a piece of Basic White CS.  I adhered a piece of the Favored Flowers DSP (a level 1 Sale-a-bration reward).

Key to My Heart Alternative Card #2:

My second Key to My Heart Alternative card is another fun fold. This card started with a 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock followed by a layer of the Favored Flowers DSP. The fun fold part mounts in the middle of the DSP layer.  My focal point on the front of the card is a piece cut from one of the card bases in the Key To My Heart kit with the lock and key (also from the Key To My Heart kit) adhered over that using dimensionals.

Inside the card is a layer of Basic White. Using the stamp set from the Key To My Heart Paper Pumpkin Kit, I stamped the sentiment and hearts in Fresh Freesia ink.
