Hi Stampers. I’m back with the other gumball machine card I promised on Wednesday. How are you liking this new Stampin’ Up! 2022 January to June mini catalog and Sale-A-Bration offerings? I’m having so much fun with all these new products!
Wednesday, I shared a card made with the Gumball Machine Dies. They are part of the Gumball Greetings Bundle.
This time, I made it into a Mickey Mouse Gumball Machine. In true Mickey colors, I used Real Red, Daffodil Delight and Basic Black CS.
My base, for the gumball machine, is a mix of Real Red and Basic Black and required a little creative freedom, as I cut the base in the multi colors, layered them. The plate on the front needed to be yellow and black, so I did some masking and colored with my dark Basic Black Stampin’ Blend.
I used the layering circle dies to make the ears and used the Gumball Machine die to cut the right angle where it touches the globe. You can see more of how to do this in my video below.
The greeting inside the gumball machine is from the Handsomely Suited stamp set and is heat embossed in white embossing powder.
