Shipping Policy for Physical Items
Items purchased in my online store will ship within 3-5 days after recieving your confirmation email. It will be packaged in a padded envelope and sent via United States Postal Service with tracking.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the USPS website.
Note: Be sure the email address you use is correct because that is the email where the tracking information will be sent. If you don’t see the notification, please check your junk and/or Spam Mail.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at lisa@queenbcreations.net with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Shipping cost is $3.50 per item for domestic shipping. I do not provide international shipping on physical items.

Delivery Policy for Digital Downloads
At Queen B Creations, when you purchase a digital download from my online store, you gain immediate access to the product. After you checkout you should be directed to a page where you can immediately download your purchase. This means that you can start using the item right away without any delays.
In the event of technical issues or problems with the downloaded file, please contact me, and I will make every effort to assure that you are able to access the item you purchased.

I highly recommend that you carefully review all product details and photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, you can reach out to me, and I will be happy to assist you.
I make every effort to ensure my instructions are clear, easy to follow, and contain photos. However, I am human and sometimes have typos. If you find any typos or have trouble understanding the directions, please contact me and I will correct it. I appreciate your help in this area.
