I want to wish everyone a Happy 1st day of Spring! I have been taking way too long to get my newsletter service up and running and was surprised when I went in today and found so many new subscribers! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Any of you that left me an address when you signed up, should watch your mailbox – I mailed out a hand stamped card to each one of you today!

I adhered a strip of Crisp Cantaloupe ribbon with Stampin’ Up! glue dots to the DSP before I attached it to the card base. On top of that I added a small strip of ribbon in a loop, again adhered with a glue dot. On top of that I added some Crisp Cantaloupe punched out with the decorative label punch. I then stamped the “Awesome… Thanks” from the Stampin’ Up! Yippee Skippee stamp set with Pistachio Pudding. Then I punched that out with the large oval punch. I attached the decorate label (with the oval on top) over the ribbon with Stampin’ dimensionals – so it didn’t squash the ribbon.
I hope those of you out there in “cold country” get some warm spring weather soon! My relatives in Illinois have been complaining about all the snow. Weather here in Northern California has been beautiful, although admittedly we could use a little more rain (to end this silly drought and add water to our lakes for summer swimming!).
