Oh… I’m really loving this Stampin’ Up! Hardwood background stamp! It paired really nicely with the Stampin’ Up! Vivid Vases stamp. I’m really happy with how it came out!
The card base is in Very Vanilla (5.5″ x 8.5″ scored at 4.25″) and the next layer is Marina Mist (5.25″ x 4″), with the Hardwood background stamp stamped onto it in Marina Mist ink. The top layer of Very Vanilla is 4.5″ x 3.25″. I stamped Vivid Vases in black StazOn and water colored with the Stampin’ Pads (I pushed on the top of the pad with it closed, then opened and used the ink from the lid) and an Aqua Painter. (You could also color with the markers by scribbling on plastic and picking up the color with the Aqua Painter from there.) I cut a piece of ribbon approx 9″ long and tied a bow in the middle. I then wrapped it over the top layer and adhered it to the back with glue dots. The top layer was then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
