Hi there, Stampers. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Today’s post is another swing card. It’s very similar to the one I posted the video tutorial on yesterday, but uses the oval framelits and the Stampin’ Up! Happy Watercolor stamp set and some retired Designer Series Paper.
I just wanted to show you how you can use the same technique and a very different look.
