I am SOOOOO ready for Spring! The weather has been gorgeous here in Northern California! The flowers are popping, the birds are singing, the sun is shining. It’s just awesome to be back in Northern California! (Yes, I always specify NORTHERN California. Southern and Northern California are so different they might as well be different states.) I’m in the heart of the wine county and I couldn’t be happier!
Anyway, I’m sure you are here for the card and my stamping tip of the day. This card is done with a Very Vanilla card base with the Hardwood background stamped in Chocolate Chip. Then I did the little white picket fence along the bottom of the card.
I did the fence by cutting a thin strip of Whisper White that I placed horizontal across the bottom of the card. I then used our Word Window punch to punch out the “pickets” of the fence. Here is a clear example – so you see what I mean:
