Hi there, Stampers! I don’t think one day is enough to celebrate the men and women who serve(d) in our military, so I’m carrying the theme over an extra day and using red, white and blue for the Paper Pal Arts Challenge. We are now on sketch 205 – see sketch below:
and here is the card I came up with
I used a Whisper White card base, a 5.25″ x 4″ layer of Night of Navy and 1″ x 3.5″ strips of Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler (I used a 1″ square punch to make the “flag” at the end of the strips, but this could also be done with the paper snips). The starburst saying was stamped in Night of Navy and again in Cherry Cobbler onto Whisper White card stock. I then cut out the banner from the Cherry Cobbler one and layered it onto the Night of Navy one with dimensionals. I then cut a larger starburst from the framelits and sponged Night of Navy on the edges and mounted with more dimensionals, to give it a little pop.
You can buy any of the supplies used to make this card in my online store.
Happy Stamping!
