Happy Friday, Stampers! Today’s post is another roommate gift I received at convention. My friend, Janet Bell, covered a plain wooden frame with Stampin’ Up! goodies and make it super cute!
She started with a basic wooden frame from a craft store:
She then covered it with Designer Series Paper (she used Sweet Sorbet from Sale-a-Bration, now retired, but you could use any DSP). She glued some of our new Blackberry Bliss 3/8″ stitched stain ribbon around the photo holder and put some retired ribbon flowers in the left and bottom corners. The butterfly is our Elegant Butterfly punch and was accented with a few rhinestone. In the upper right, she used a tea lace paper doily and made a flower by cutting out the petals out of Blackberry Bliss cardstock and dry embossing them and then gluing them onto the frame with all the points to the center. She finished it off by using Stampin’ Up! pressed clay and molds to make the center of the flower. Isn’t it gorgeous?
You can buy all the Stampin’ Up! supplies to decorate your own frame by clicking on the images below.
Happy Stamping!
