Hi Stampers! I’ve done it! I’ve made the move from Blogger to WordPress. All behind the scenes work and I’ve been trying extra hard to make sure all my links back to the blog from various social media all work. If you find a link that’s not working, please don’t panic. Just let me know and I will look into it. The hosting company tells me it can take up to 72 hours for everything to populate to all the servers. I’m really praying it’s faster than that! Thank you so much for all your support!
For those of you that asked and didn’t already have one, I mailed out the holiday catalog. I included a letter from me, a handmade Christmas card and a FREE class pass. As, I’ve mentioned before, I’ve starting holding classes in my home, here in Ukiah, CA. I do a technique class on the first Thursday of each month and a Paper Pumpkin assembly class near the end of the month. Some people have subscribed to My Paper Pumpkin (you still have time to get two months at 1/2 off – only til September 10th) and wanted me to have a class at my home where we could all get together and assemble them. What fun! For those of you out of the area, don’t panic. I’m working on some online classes to give you an option to participate.
I also have several customers who want me to form a club. What is a club you ask? My stampers club is a great way to budget your purchases over 6-12 months. No need to be local and no experience necessary. Just purchase a small amount of Stampin’ Up product each month, you will be able to slowly build up your stamping supplies while staying within your budget. You’ll also learn new techniques, get a free monthly classes/projects, exclusive videos, written step by step instructions, free stamps, catalogs and more. New club starting in September – email me now!
I know, it’s still 90+ degrees outside and the kids JUST went back to school. But, Christmas will be here before we know it. NOW is the time to start planning your Christmas card party. By the time we schedule your party, your guests order their supplies and make their cards – it will be time to start the shopping and trimming of the tree.
This card was made on a Cherry Cobbler cardbase. A 5 1/2″ x 2 1/8″ layer of silver glimmer paper was adhered to the card base. The stamp set used is Seasonally Scattered by Stampin’ Up! and is for sale in the new Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog. I inked the stamp with Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green markers, by coloring directly onto the stamp and then stamping it onto Whisper White cardstock. I then used the big shot (on sale now) and the Apothocary framelit to cut out the shape and adhered it to the card. I finished it off by adding a few rhinestones to the image. Quick and easy!
Contact me to day to get your catalog, free class pass and/or handmade card! Let’s party!
