Hi Stampers.  I did a boys dresser card like this a few weeks ago and was asked to do a YouTube video.  So, I spiced it up a bit (by switching to a baby girls dresser) and filmed that video.  When (the fabulous!) Mary Fish offered to feature me on her blog (Stampin’ Pretty)- I thought it was a perfect opportunity to show you all how I made this cute card!

This baby dresser card is made using the side stair stepper fold and Pink Pirouette card stock. This photo shows you where to cut and fold the lines for your card base.  Click here for the PDF of the instructions below.
Next, I used the decorative label punch to notch out the bottom of the left side of the card front, making it look like dresser legs.  I cut the drawer fronts out of Rose Red card stock (3 pieces were 1″ x 2.25″ and one was .75″ x 2.75″), sponged the edges with Rose Red ink and adhered them to the card with snail adhesive.  I added candy dots in Pink Pirouette to the drawers to look like handles.  The clothes, baby buggy, toy’s etc. are all from the Stampin’ Up! Something for Baby stamp set.

Stampin’ Tip: For the stacking toy, the duck and the diaper pin – I colored on the stamp with the markers to apply the ink to the stamp.  This allows me to get multiple colors on one stamp.  I love this technique and use it alot.

This card is a little more work that most of the cards I post on my blog – but it’s SOOOO worth it! Here is the video to help explain it a little more.

I think it’s super cute and really packs a WOW!  Any new mom would love this card!  If you like this card and would like to see more instructions like this be sure to sign up for my newsletter!  You can also follow me on YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
