Hi Stampers. Today I’m back with another Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge. This sketch was designed by my fellow design team member and friend Maggie Mata of Maggie Made Cards.

This card was made with the new stamp set bundle of A Nice Cuppa stamp set and the matching Cups & Kettle framelit dies. The card stock is Tip Top Taupe and Very Vanilla cardstock, plus a scrap of Silver Foil Paper for the spoon. The Limited Time Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper is a FREE option from our 2016 Sale-a-bration catalog! You can’t order this paper – but you can earn it for FREE by just placing a $50 order.

I used a few of the smaller stamps to stamp in the upper left and lower right corner of the inside layer of the card with Tip Top Taupe ink & the envelope was lined with the same Designer Series Paper as on the front of the card – making it coordinate with the outside of the card.

I used our linen thread as the string for my tea bag. The thread is tucked into the tea kettle and attached to the tea bag tag that was then attached to the card with a dimensional, giving it a little lift.
I hope you jump on over to Pals Paper Arts and play along with us – I’d love to see what you create!
Happy Stamping,

Your card is tea-riffic! I love the colors you chose.
“Tea-riffic” how cute! Thanks, Patti.
Love that swirly paper……looks great with the kettle and teacup!
Thanks, Linda!
Love all the touches Lisa. The silver spoon is adorable!
Thanks, Ginger. I originally had the spoon in taupe and it just didn’t look right. Silver just “fit”. 🙂
Love your turn of the sketch! That DSP looks like tea a brewin’ to me!
Thank you! Looked like tea and coffee to me too. 🙂
Great card, Lisa! This paper works perfectly with the tea pot. Great eye!
Thanks, Brian. That paper just screamed “coffee” to me. 🙂
Adorable, Lisa! I love the tea bag string! I need to remember to line my envelopes. This one is so cool..especially with the swirly paper!
Thanks, Ann. I too, thought the string worked great. I started lining my envelopes after seeing so many of Shannon Jaramillo’s cards with lined envelopes, such a nice touch!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I’m ready for some tea please!! Such a cute card!!
Awe, shucks. Thanks for such a great compliment.
Neutrals and swirls . . . perfect for a coffee and tea theme!
Thanks, Mary. Coffee was my first thought when I saw that paper.
Great idea to use that set for the sketch. So very cute!!
Thank you Gisela. I love that set and wish I used it more.
