Hi Stampers.  We demonstrators were shown the new catalog yesterday!  It’s so exciting!  Tons of fun new stuff! My husband and I are embarking on our first ever two week vacation.  This vacation includes a 10 day cruise in the Southern Caribbean.  We will sail out of Miami and go to Hati and then down to the ABC Islands – Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao!  So, I’m super happy that I was able to download the new catalog to my iPad, so I can bring it along with me.

But, with the new catalog coming and all those new products being added, it means that some items will need to be retired.  Now is your chance to take a look and see if there is anything from your “wish list” that you were saving for later.  There is no more time to waste!  Several items have been deeply discounted and will be “while supplies last”.  Order yours NOW!!

One of the bundles I’m really going to miss is the Nailed It stamp set and the Build It framelit dies.  My husband is a cabinet maker and I can see using this bundle for many cards for him.  Today’s card is a perfect example of what a great set this is.

Handmade Stampin' Up! card made with nailed it stamp set and build it framelit dies by Queen B Creations Great card for a carpenter or any wood worker who uses tools.

This card started with a Basic Black card base, 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored at 4.25″.  I then used the silver foil paper with the Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and with the ruler, screws and nuts from the framelit set.  I cut the hexagon layer at an angle and angled the ruler above it.   I stamped the tools in Memento Black in and colored them with the Many Marvelous Markers and adhered them to the front of the card.

Be sure to come back tomorrow for the Pals Families First Blog Hop.

Happy Stamping,
