Hi Stampers.
Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for May 2017. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our 2017 Blog Hop monthly themes. This month we are featuring projects that are “stepped up” by using textures or fun techniques. We hMope to provide you with lots of ideas and that you enjoy our creations.
You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below. The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.
If you have followed me at all, you know that my version of “stepped up” usually means some sort of fancy fold. I just love this baby dresser made with the soon to retire “Something for Baby” stamp set by Stampin’ Up! I’ve done this card in the past with Pink Pirouette and Melon Mambo and also with Sky Blue and Marina Mist. Someone asked me today for a baby card that was gender neutral. So I made this card with Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi.
I have a YouTube video and a PDF tutorial of how to make this card on a prior post. You can see that HERE.
On the back of the card I attached a 2.5″ x 4″ layer of Whisper White card stock so that you can write a note to the recipient of the card. It will fold up and fit into a standard A2 envelope.
Here is another version of the baby dresser card using Pink Pirouette and Flirty Flamingo. I encourage you to get out your Stamps, Paper and Ink and “step it up”!
Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!
