Hi Stampers. Today I’m hopping with the Global Stamping Friends. We are all kicking off Stampin’ Up! 2018 Sale-a-Bration! There are SO MANY wonderful new products in the 2018 Stampin’ Up! Occasions catalog that I can’t stand it! Today I’m playing with two bundles. The Magical Day bundle and the Sunshine and Rainbows bundle. For added fun I’ve colored with the new Stampin’ Blends.
Since we are galloping through the clouds it was only right to start out with a Soft Sky card base. I then cut a 5.25″ x 4″ layer of whisper white and sponged Soft Sky ink all over it. The Rainbow Builder Framelits were used to die cut the rainbow using scraps of cardstock (CS). (Colors used were Flirty Flamingo, Peakaboo Peach, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Bermuda Bay, Tempting Turquoise and Sweet Sugarplum.) The clouds were die cut from the same framlit set in Whisper White CS and the edges were sponged with Soft Sky ink.
Using the Sunshine and Rainbows stamp set, I stamped the sentiment in the upper right corner with Island Indigo ink and the sun onto a scrap of Whisper White paper using Daffodil Delight ink. The sub was then die cut using the Rainbow Builder framelits and attached it to the card with a stampin’ dimensional.
I stamped the unicorns from the Magical Day stamp set onto scraps of Whisper White with Momento Black ink and colored them with the Stampin’ Blends. They were then placed between the cloud layers and adhered with glue dots.
The interior of the card is lined with a 5 1/4″ x 4″ layer of Whisper White CS. Before adhering it to the interior of the card, I stamped the sentiment (from Sunshine and Rainbows) in Island Indigo ink. The Wizard and Dragon were stamped in Momento Black ink and colored with the Stampin’ Blends. I was just tickled in how this card came out and I hope you are too. If you wish to purchase any of the products used in the making of this card, I have provided links to my store below.

ahahaha! I went and saw Ferdinand yesterday and the horses in the movie remind me of these! I will now be making horse talk in a French (or maybe Swedish? Not sure) accent. Lovely card!
LOL. That’s funny. It does look like the cartoon.
Fabulous merge of the 2 products… beautiful card with fantastic colouring…
Thank you. I love how they go together so well.
Absolutely stunning and I love the centre as well just adds that finishing touch! Well done!!
Thank you. I love matching the inside of the card. Just seems more “finished” that way.
What a fun card! These bundles were meant for each other! Love the inside of your card too. Thanks for sharing x
Yes! I knew I HAD to have both.
Great card and your colouring with the Stampin’ Blends is terrific. I love how you’ve carried the theme over to the inside of the card too. Thank you
Thank you. I feel like a card isn’t “finished” until I do the inside to coordinate.
So cute!
Thank you
Awesome card love how you combined bundles. Thanks for sharing.

Awwwww…unicorns and rainbows <3 <3 <3 I am too lazy to cut out all those different rainbow pieces myself, but what a magical card it makes! Thanks for sharing 😀
The rainbow wasn’t bad. I had small scraps of card stock and the arranged them on the big shot cutting multiples at a time.
Such a great card i wanted this set but you just pushed me over the top!
Haha. Happy to help!
Stunning card. I love the rainbow showing through the clouds.
