Hi Stampers. If you follow me on my Facebook page, you know I do a FB Live class every Monday at 2:30pm MT. On November 4th, I showed various ways to color the Christmas Time Is Here Medley. These are the cards I made.
The flower on this card was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss. The flower was then colored using the Aqua Painter and ink refills.
The flower for this card was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss. The flower was then colored using the Aqua Painter and ink refills.
For this card I used the Stamparatus and stamped the outline image and then added the color with the various photopolymer stamps that color the image. This was the perfect set to use with the Stamparatus! With the dual plates, there was enough space for each color to have a side of one of the plates. Also, once it was set up, doing multiples was quick and easy!
For this card, I used the stamped that were mounted on my stamparatus (from doing the previous card) and just stamped the colored pieces without the outline. Because I had not moved the stamps, they aligned perfectly even though I didn’t use the outline stamp.
The flower on this card was stamped and colored using all stamps on the Stamparatus and then blended a bit using the Aqua Painter after it was stamped. This was a simple step that gave it a different look.
The flower on this card was stamped in Memento Black ink onto Shimmery White CS and then colored using the Stampin’ Blends.
For this card I used Memento ink to stamp onto Watercolor paper and colored using Ink Refills and the Aqua painter.
I just love how you can use the same stamps and color it various ways giving it many different looks. How would you color these roses?
