Hi Stampers, do you have some friends or family who are “On To Adventure” in retirement?  If they are headed somewhere tropical, I may have just the card!  This fun fold card features the corner tuck technique.

This card starts with an Old Olive base and then a beach scene was made using Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake CS.  The palm trees, from the Timeless Tropical stamp set, were inked using Stampin’ Write Markers.

The little people are from the On To Adventure stamp set and colored using the Stampin’ Blends and cut out using my Brother Scan-n-Cut. <– click the link to see which one I have, on Amazon

Inside the card, my layer is the same size as the beach scene layer on the front of the card, so that it would not show when closed.  The corner is a triangle that has been dry embossed and attached with mini dimensionals on the very edges, leaving an area to tuck the corner in.  You can see more about how this card was made by watching the video tutorial below.
