Hi Stampers, boy do I have a cute card for you today! I’m so sad that the Tea Together stamp set is retiring and I just HAD to make this card before it did. I saw a card similar to this on Pinterest quite some time ago and always wanted to try it. It was kind of a now or never with it on the retiring list!  So, here it is, complete with video instructions.

Stampin' Up! So Inviting Tea Together Mrs. Potts and chip card by Lisa Ann Bernard of Queen B Creations

Our family is HUGE into Disney and when I saw this cute Mrs. Potts and chip (from Beauty and the Beast) card on Pinterest, I loved it right away!  Tea Together is a really great stamp set for anyone who likes tea and for this it was PERFECT! The fact that the faces are hand drawn held me off for a bit, but after quite a bit of practicing, I finally made it as my Facebook Live card a few weeks ago. (Join me every Monday at 2:30pm MT on my Facebook page).

The “to celebrate” sentiment is from the So Inviting stamp set (which will carry over to the next annual catalog). It’s stamp onto a 1/2″ strip of Whisper White that was flagged using the Triple Banner Punch.  Be sure to catch my great tip for this punch at the beginning of my video below.

Inside the card I stamped two more stamps from the So Inviting stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink.  The flowers in the corners are from the Tea Together stamp set and are stamped in Smoky Slate ink.

As an alternative, I also made this birthday card.  The “Happy Birthday” sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set.

The girls in my family would love to get this card as a birthday card.

Inside this card, I used the “birthdays are the best days” from the Beautiful Friendship stamp set.  If you want more instructions and/or measurements – watch the video below.  All supplies used in the making of this card are from Stampin’ Up! and can be purchased in my online store.
