Hi Stampers. Happy Monday aka Happy FB Live day! Every Monday at 2:30pm MT, I do a FREE class via Facebook Live over on my Facebook Business Page! In the beginning of last November, I figured out an easy way to do this circle swirl technique and made a bunch of cards!  Today, I’m showing you the two that say “Thanks, friend”.

I started with a standard card base in Melon Mambo and added a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of the

For the circle swirls, I die cut the first and last color using the largest and smallest circle of the Stitched Shapes Dies. The two middle colors were cut using the two middle sizes, one of each of those colors. They were then cut in half and assembled to make the swirls on the front of the card. (How, is all explained in the video tutorial below. If you saw the mess of a FB live on Facebook, don’t worry, I edited out the technical difficulties and the YouTube video is much better.)

Inside the card is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS with a 1/2″ strip of the DSP adhered to the left side.  The sentiment, from the Well Said stamp set, is stamped in the center in Melon Mambo ink.

This circle swirl card is almost the same except it’s in Rich Razzleberry instead of Melon Mambo.

Since, the circles were all cut in 1/2 and only have of the circles were used on one card, I made a second card using the leftover circles.

This card has a 3/4″ strip of DSP on the side and the sentiment is stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink.  You can see much more about how this card is made by watching the video below.
