Hi Stampers, I one final card showcasing one of my favorite sets from the 2020 August to December Mini Catalog – Press On. I’m a coffee addict, so I’m sure you are not surprised that I love this set. 🙂 Unfortunately, it’s retiring, so today is your last chance to get it.
I started with an Early Espresso card base, followed by a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Mossy Meadow and then a 3-3/4″ x 5″ layer of a wood textured DSP. The In Good Taste Designer Series papers are perfect for this!
I stamped the row of coffee cups onto a strip of Very Vanilla CS and attached it to the bottom part of the card front. Next, the apple was stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink onto Pumpkin Pie CS and punched out with the Apple Builder Punch. I used Soft Suede ink to stamp the sentiment onto a scrap of Very Vanilla CS (that I flagged the end of with snips) and the coffee cup onto another piece of Very Vanilla CS (that I fussy cut out).
A little ink on a sponge dauber allowed me to sponge the edge of the coffee cup and sentiment strips of CS, to help them “pop” a little. The pumpkin was tucked just under the strip with the coffee cups and the coffee cup was attached to the front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Inside the card is another 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of CS, this time in Very Vanilla. The sentiment and coffee beans, from the Press On stamp set, are stamped in Early Espresso ink.
