Hi Stampers. This pandemic has made things harder for everyone. Even those that have not suffered from depression in the past, are now. Having someone to lend an ear can mean a lot. Our Lighthearted Lines stamp (paired here with our Hydrangea Hill DSP) set helps puts a humorous spin on it.

This card starts with a Mossy Meadow card base, followed by a layer of Hydrangea Hill DSP (I’m really going to miss this one). Note: As of the time of this posting the Hydrangea Hill DSP is still available – go grab it now!

I was sad to see the layering ovals retire, however we do have many other layering shapes / labels that could be used to make a card similar to this.  The Hydrangea Hill stamp set and Hydrangea Dies will be sticking around. My hydrangea above is stamped in Smokey Slate ink and then with Old Olive and Highland Heather inks.  It’s then been adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Inside the card is a layer of Basic White CS with the sentiment stamped int he center in Highland Heather ink.  For the accent in the lower left corner, I flashed back to my scrapbooking days in the 1990s. Remember when Creative Memories was all the rage and almost every page had these corners?
