Hi Stampers. It’s Monday and I’m late getting this post up – it has been a crazy busy day!  The card I’m showcasing today is a Tuxedo Card made using the Suit & Tie Dies.  It’s quick, easy and uses minimal supplies. Speaking of quick, easy and minimal supplies, don’t forget to scroll down and take a peek at  the new Stampin’ Up! Kit Collection!

This card is on a Basic Black card base and has black and white die cut pieces layered on top.

I chose to make the V on the top layer a bit to the left, so that there would be extra room for the pocket on the right.  Basic Pearls are used as the buttons down the shirt. The bow tie and lapel are popped up on mini stampin’ dimensionals, giving a more realistic look.

Inside the card is a layer of Basic White CS with the sentiment “Congratulations” (from the Peaceful Moments stamp set) stamped in the center in Memento Black ink. This would make a great card for a groom, don’t you think?
