Hi Stampers. Today I’m using the Stitched Leaves Dies and the Jar of Flowers stamp set a little differently.  I think you will like it!

This Stitched Leaves card started with a Mossy Meadow card base – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″. Next, I cut a piece of Early Espresso CS, 2-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ and a piece of In Good Taste DSP 2-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.  These were adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Layering Circle Dies, I cut a scalloped circle in Early Espresso CS and a straight circle in Cajun Craze. I then adhered these to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. Using the Jar of Flowers stamp set, I stamped the sunflowers on a scrap of Very Vanilla CS in Cajun Craze ink. The image was then colored using the Stampin’ Blends.

Then, I used the Stitched Leaves Dies and cut the outline of the leaf over the flowers. (Stamping before cutting allows you to choose how the flowers show on the leaves). This was attached to the Cajun Craze circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals and the Linen Tread bow was adhred with a glue dot.

Inside the Stitched Leaves card is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Very Vanilla CS. Using Cajun Craze ink, I stamped the flowers (from Jar of Flowers) in the lower right corner and the sentiment (from Love of Leaves) in the center.
