Hi Stampers. A fellow demo, Heidi Collins, shared this layout (that can be used with any DSP) on Pinterest. I decided to use Sweet Stockings DSP and give it a try.  My card is stepped up a bit with the added bit down the middle.

The card starts with a Merry Merlot card base – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″. On the front of the card is a 3-3/4″ x 5″ layer of Old Olive CS, followed by a 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ layer of Basic White CS.

The Sweet Stockings DSP on the front started out as a 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ piece that was cut in half diagonally. Next, 1/2 of that was cut by putting the long side of the triangle across the paper trimmer and cutting from the tip of the point down to the long edge. The smaller piece was adhered to the top and the larger piece to the left side (as shown in photo). Very Merry, from the Sweet Little Stockings stamp set, was stamped in the white space in Old Olive ink.
Stampin’ Tip:  If this is confusing, be sure you are subscribed to my YouTube Channel.  A video on how to do this is coming soon.

Inside the card is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS. The dog and mouse, cut out of the Sweet Stockings DSP, were fussy cut out using paper snips and adhered on the bottom.  Mossy Meadow ink was used to stamp the sentiment, from Sweet Little Stockings, was stamped in the middle.
