Hi, Stampers. Today’s card is super simple! It’s so simple, it doesn’t even use stamps! This card is made using the Amazing Thanks, Dies. They are amazing!
Here are my two versions of the same card. One card uses the Pansy Patch DSP and the other uses the Daffodil Afternoon DSP (a level 1 Sale-A-Bration freebie). My first card started with a Daffodil Delight card base – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″.
Next up is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS. The Gorgeous Grape piece is 2″ x 5-1/4″ and the Pansy Patch DSP is 1-3/4″ x 5-1/4″. The word “thanks” was die-cut (using the Amazing Thanks Dies) out of Highland Heather CS and the backing (also from the Amazing Thanks Dies) is die-cut out of Daffodil Delight CS.
Inside the card is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Basic White CS with a 1/2″ x 5-1/4″ strip of the Pansy Patch DSP down the left side.
My second card uses a Crushed Curry card base with the Daffodil Afternoon DSP 2″ x 5-1/4″ backed by an Old Olive layer 2-1/4″ x 5-1/4″. The Amazing Thanks Dies were used again to die cut the “thanks” sentiment, with Crushed Curry and Old Olive CS. This same layout can be used with many colors and many DSP choices – give it a try!
