Do you have a guy in your life who likes Root Beer and or Beer? I used the Brewed for You Bundle to make this great Masculine Root Beer Card.

I based my color scheme for this root beer card around the He’s the Man DSP. The card base is Gray Granite CS, followed by two patterns from the He’s the Man DSP.  The top layer I had cut into the layer from the middle of the right side and folded back the two sections to reveal the design on the other side.

My focal point, of my root beer card, is the mug of root beer stamped onto a Very Vanilla circle (cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies) in Smokey Slate and Early Espresso ink, using the Brewed for You stamp set. This was adhered to an Early Espresso scalloped circle (cut using the Layering Circles Dies) using dimensionals and then adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin’ Tip: I added some Wink of Stella to my beer mug immediately after inking to drag a little of the brown down to below the mug to create a bit of a shadow, so it doesn’t look like it’s floating in mid air.

Stampin’ Tip: If you look close at my root beer you will see that I have added some foam to the root beer this was done using the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint (it’s back in the 2022 July to December Mini Catalog). I added just a little bit and then heated with the heat tool to make it puff up.

Inside my root beer card is a layer of Very Vanilla CS with two strips of DSP adhered to the left side. I used the Brewed Dies to die cut the Mug from Vellum CS and the root beer from Early Espresso CS. Those were adhered in the lower right corner.

I almost always show you the inside of my card, but I don’t show you my envelopes often enough. It’s fun to decorate them, too! The jug was die cut using the Brewed Dies and the mugs were stamped on the flap using the Brewed for You stamp set. A silver gel pen was used to put the cap on the jug. Do you decorate you envelopes?
