Hi, Stamper. Are you ready for more Waves of Inspiration? We are finishing up this week with another card made with this wonderful bundle.
I started with a Starry Sky card base followed by a layer of Basic White CS that I blended some color onto using the Blending Brushes. The sun (or moon however you see it) was made using the new Masking Paper. The circle was then colored with Wink of Stella and Daffodil Delight was brushed over that. It give kind of a cool effect, don’t you think?
The waves were die cut from Basic White CS and DSP using the waves Dies. They were then layered over some glimmer paper. I used paper snips to trim around the outside so the glimmer paper was the same shape as the waves. Using the Waves Dies I die cut the clouds from Basic White CS and the lining from Silver Foil. My clouds have a silver lining… LOL
Inside my card is a layer of Orchid Oasis CS followed by a layer of Basic White CS. The Wave, from the Waves of Inspiration stamp set, was inked up with Pool Party ink and several other colors were dabbed onto it with sponge daubers before stamping onto the paper. Starry Sky ink was used for the sentiment.
