Hi, Stamper. This mini wine bottle gift box idea has been on my Pinterest boards for a long time. I finally got around to making one and I LOVE it!
I was born and raised in the wine country of Northern California. As a kid, I remember picking grapes and making wine with my Dad. He used to win awards in amateur wine making competitions. So I have many fond memories attached to winemaking and have decorated my home with a winemaking sort of theme. So, I’ve been drawn to various ways to decorate wine bottles on Pinterest.
When I saw this flip top mini wine bottle gift box design by Teri Pocock, a demo in the UK, I knew I had to try it. I’ve waited a long time to give it a try because I know I wanted to make it easy for you. Below I’ve done a video, but I’m also working on a written tutorial with photos that will help make it easier.
I’ve used the Boughs of Holly DSP to make this one a Christmas themed version. The Mini Wine Bottle Gift Box I create in the video, uses the Rings of Love DSP (a level 1 sale-a-bration item). This box can be made for any number of gift occasions. I hope you find the video tutorial helpful in creating your own flip top Mini wine bottle gift box.
Note: This is a fun (but slightly complex) project. I have created a PDF Tutorial to add to my PDF Tutorials for sale.

I love, love this box & can’t wait to try it!! Your video was done so well!
I just can’t figure out why I don’t get your posts on the day you release them.
This post came thru at 4:30 a.m. this morning, 7/28.
What a fun gift this will make! You did an outstanding video & your instructions were so easy to follow. I can’t wait to make this box this weekend! Thanks for sharing!
I just can’t figure out why your videos don’t come thru on the day you post. I got this video yesterday, 7/28, at 4:02 a.m. At least I’m getting your posts…that’s most important.
My videos are on YouTube. I’m live on Mondays and Thursdays at 2:30 MT. The blog post is a different thing. It references back to the video but is not done at the same time. The email of the blog post goes out the day after it was posted.
I just watched your video on the mini wine bottle gift box. Is there an embossing folder to go with this set? I haven’t been able to find one. At the end of your video when you showed other cards, it looked like there was a card that was embossed with bottles.
Love your work!
Thank you. The bottles were punched out of the same color cardstock and glues on.
Gotcha. Thank you so much for getting back to me.
Have a stampin’ up good day.
