Hi, Stamper. Woohoo! The weekend is finally here, but so is the last of our Perfect Pomegranate cards. (Note: in 10 more days – the end of Sale-a-bration will be here, too!). I chose to use the flowers from the Sale-a-bration Perfect Pomegranate host stamp set for today’s card. They are so pretty!
This card starts with a Melon Mambo card base. I used Versamark ink and clear embossing powder to create a subtle, but very pretty background. I stamped the leaves in Old Olive ink and the flowers in Polished Pink ink, onto a layer of Basic White CS.
The sentiment was stamped in Polished Pink ink onto a scrap of Basic White CS and punched out with the Double Oval Punch. Using the same punch, I punched out the scalloped oval from Melon Mambo ink. The two ovals were adhered together with Stampin’ Seal and adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Inside the card is another layer of Basic White CS. I stamped the flowers along the top and the sentiment in Polished Pink ink and added a few leaves in Old Olive ink. Full directions on making this card can be found in the video below.
