Hi, Stamper. Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is Last Minute Gifts/Cards to inspire you with your holiday list. We really hope that you will be enjoy all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
For my post, I’m sharing my Stocking Stuffer Ideas. I shared these ideas during two of my recent YouTube / Facebook Live events. They were a huge hit! (See the videos below)
Hershey Kisses Tent:
A Hershey Kisses tent is a simple way to gift four Hershey Kisses. My version here uses the gorgeous Lights Aglow DSP and the Deer Builder Punch. This stocking stuffer idea is quick and easy to assemble and sold well at my recent craft fair.
Matchbook Treat Holder:
This Matchbook Treat Holder is perfect to hold a Ghirardelli square. The cute mushroom DSP on the left is from the Storybook Gnomes DSP and the Shaded Spruce Stripes on the right is from the Santa Express DSP. This cute stocking stuffer opens like a matchbook and has a pocket on the inside that perfectly fits the Ghirardelli square.
Diaper Fold Treat Holder:
This stocking stuffer idea might be the easiest of them all. It just takes a 6″ x 6″ piece of DSP – I used the host pack of Celebrate Everything DSP. The DSP is folded into a diaper fold and then a label punched out using the Double Oval Punch and any sentiment you wish, finishes it off.
Gift Card Holder:
From the outside, this gift card holder look similar to one I’ve one in the past (see that one here), but looks a little different on the inside. This stocking stuffer idea has a pocket that the gift card easily slips into and then has a belly band closure. The festive dots DSP come from the Santa Express pack of DSP. I LOVE this sentiment from Very Best Occasions stamp set.
Hot Cocoa Packet:
Christmas just wouldn’t be complete without some hot chocolate (and a candy cane to stir it up? Yes, please!). This stocking stuffer is made using Pacific Point cardstock and Storybook Gnomes DSP. See that fancy corner punch there? That was made using the Very Best Trio punch. This punch is bundled with the Very Best Occasions stamp set which was used on the front, stamped on circles cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies. There is a bit of a trick to using this punch and making the corners match up correctly – watch the video below to see the trick.
Wood Slice Ornament:
Wouldn’t this wood slice ornament look cute hanging on a stocking and later hung on the tree? I bought the wood slice ornaments on Amazon – follow my affiliate link HERE to purchase them for yourself. See more of my recommendations by clicking HERE. I stamped the gnome (from Kindest Gnomes) in Memento Black ink and colored with the Stampin’ Blends.
Tealight Box:
This stocking stuffer box has doubled up cardstock on the sides making this one of the more sturdy boxes that I’ve made. The box itself was cut out of Pool Party CS and then covered with a layer of Basic White and then a layer of Storybook Gnome DSP. A small piece of ribbon is adhered between those two layers creating a tab that can be used to easily open the box. This box will easily fit four tealights and even the wood slice ornament (if the correct size).
