Hello, fellow card maker! Welcome to the monthly Fun Fold Cardmaking Blog Hop, where a creative group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators share inspiring fun fold card ideas to spark your creativity. Today, I’m excited to feature this eye-catching Fun Fold Hexagon Twisted Card using all Stampin’ Up! cardmaking supplies. This unique fold creates a bold statement, and I’m absolutely in love with the color combination I used. Keep reading to see how you can recreate this fun fold card and shop the exact supplies I used!

Create a show-stopping Hexagon Twisted Fun Fold Card using Stampin’ Up! cardmaking supplies! This handmade card features a Pool Party cardstock base, expertly scored and folded to form a stunning interactive fun fold design. (Be sure to watch the cardmaking tutorial video below for step-by-step instructions.) I decorated this fun fold card with the Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper and the Happy Hibiscus stamp and die bundle, which includes a coordinating hybrid embossing folder for added texture and dimension. These tropical-themed, coordinating products from Stampin’ Up! are perfect for creating eye-catching handmade cards with floral designs.

For the focal point on the card front, I used the Happy Hibiscus dies and hybrid embossing folder to create layered tropical flowers in Pool Party and Fresh Freesia cardstock, adding realistic texture and vibrant color. The Old Olive die-cut leaves add contrast, while a touch of Wink of Stella shimmer highlights the flower centers for a beautiful finishing touch.

Inside the hexagon fold, a layer of Basic White cardstock is mounted on Fresh Freesia cardstock, creating a clean space for your message. Coordinating squares of these same cardstocks are added to the upper left and lower right corners. The remaining panels are decorated with more Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper, tying the design together. Using Blueberry Bushel ink, I stamped sentiments from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set into the small squares. Additional hibiscus flowers were stamped in Pool Party and Fresh Freesia inks and accented with Old Olive leaves to complete the look. This tropical handmade card is perfect for any occasion and showcases the versatility of Stampin’ Up! floral cardmaking products.
