Stampin' Up! Floral Delight DSP Simple offset gatefold gift card holder by Lisa Ann Bernard of Queen B Creations

The base of the Offset Gatefold Gift Card Holder is Daffodil Delight cardstock, cut to 11″ x 4-1/4″ and scored at 1-3/4″, 5-1/2″, and 9-1/4″. To create the gift card pocket, I used the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch to punch a small notch out of the right edge of the card front. I folded the 1-3/4″ score line into a mountain fold and adhered that section back against the larger front flap using Tear & Tape Adhesive, securing it to form the pocket.

On the front panel of the card, I adhered a 3-1/2″ x 4″ layer of Lemon Lolly cardstock as the base, followed by a 3-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Floral Delight Designer Series Paper, which adds a soft floral touch. With the card closed, the right-hand panel is also visible, so I dressed it up by adhering a 1-1/2″ x 4″ strip of Lemon Lolly cardstock, topped with a 1-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ piece of matching Floral Delight DSP for a cohesive look.

To embellish the front of the card, I used the Bough Punch to punch a few leafy accents from Mossy Meadow cardstock scraps and tucked them behind my sentiment for added dimension. I punched a label from Basic White cardstock using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch, then stamped a sentiment from the Comforting Thoughts Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow ink.

Inside the Offset Gatefold Gift Card Holder, the left side features the pocket created by folding and adhering the narrow flap. This is the perfect spot to slip in a gift card, making this fun fold card as practical as it is pretty. On the right side of the card interior, I layered a 3-1/2″ x 4″ piece of Lemon Lolly cardstock, then added a 3-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock on top. I stamped another sentiment from the Comforting Thoughts Stamp Set in the center using Mossy Meadow ink. For a little extra detail, I cut a 1-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ square of Mossy Meadow cardstock diagonally and adhered each triangle to the top left and bottom right corners of the white layer, framing the sentiment beautifully. A few yellow embellishments from the Opal Rounds Assortment added to the label give a touch of sparkle and finish the card off with just the right amount of shine.

This handmade Offset Gatefold Gift Card Holder is not only a card—it’s a thoughtful presentation for a gift. It showcases the beauty and coordination of Stampin’ Up! supplies, and it’s a design your recipient will love displaying long after the gift card is spent.
