Today, I’m sharing a landscape Bandstand Card featuring the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle and Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! This stunning handmade birthday card is part of Creative Creases Challenge #106, where crafters like you share unique fun fold card designs that stand out.

This Birthday Bandstand Fun Fold Card starts with a Thick Basic White card base and is layered with the rich, vibrant patterns of Floral Impressions DSP. The bandstand-style fold allows the card to stand up beautifully for display—perfect for gifting!

For the focal point, I die cut a Basic White circle using the Spotlight on Nature Dies, softly blending Balmy Blue ink into the center with a Blending Brush. This circle is mounted between the upper and lower strips of the bandstand for a floating effect.

The butterfly is the star of the show—cut from the Pretty in Pink Flowering Foils Specialty Paper, which is already dry embossed with a floral texture. I added a Blackberry Bliss butterfly body using the Beautiful Butterflies Dies, backed with an adhesive sheet for easy application. The finished butterfly adds elegant dimension and shimmer to the card front.

The back of the card includes two side panels of Floral Impressions DSP, with a central writing panel of Basic White matted on Blackberry Bliss cardstock. I stamped a heartfelt birthday message in Balmy Blue ink and added Fresh Freesia butterflies around the edges for a soft, coordinated touch.
