Hi, stamper. Today is our Stampin’ Up! demos Fun Folds Blog Hop and I’m sharing a Triple Bridge Z Fold Card that’s sure to turn heads. This fun fold creates an impressive 3D display when it’s opened and standing, making it a beautiful handmade card for any occasion. The layered bridges and Z fold shape give it incredible dimension, and it’s easier to create than it looks. This is one of those designs that makes people say they could never make it themselves, I’m here to show you how you can do just that!
This beautiful Triple Bridge Z Fold card begins with an Early Espresso card base and features the Gathering Together Designer Series Paper. This fall-themed paper has rich autumn tones and elegant gold accents that make this fun fold card look polished and high end. The green and gold pattern creates a striking backdrop, while the coordinating leaf design with gold foil adds texture and detail to the front of the card. In the video below, I also share a Halloween version using the Spooky Sweet DSP and a Christmas version made with the Traditions of Christmas DSP, giving you even more ideas for using this fold throughout the year.
The focal point is clean and simple, created with the Traditional Labels Dies in Old Olive and Very Vanilla cardstock. I layered the labels with Stampin’ Dimensionals for depth and added them to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. The sentiment comes from the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set and is stamped in Early Espresso ink to coordinate with the card base and tie the entire design together.
To keep the rustic, fall feel of this fun fold card, I added a faux bow made with the Irregular Weave Trim. The back of the card includes a Very Vanilla layer where you can add a stamped sentiment or handwritten message. This extra panel gives the card a finished look and plenty of room for personalization.
