Hi, Stamper. Welcome to the Creative Creases Challenge #116. Today I’m sharing a Pivot Panel Card featuring the Lovely Arrangements Bundle and Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper. This fun fold may look complicated, but it’s actually much easier to create than you might think!

If you prefer written instructions, you’ll have to wait for my Fun Fold Tutorial Book, Volume 5. Each of my Fun Fold Tutorial Books includes 50 fun fold card designs with complete measurements, step-by-step instructions, detailed diagrams, and video tutorial links to help you confidently recreate each project. You can browse the other volumes currently available in my online store.

Stampin' Up! Lovely Arrangements Pivot Panel Card by Lisa Ann Bernard of Queen B Creations

I created my Pivot Panel Card using a Cloud Cover card base and layered it with Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper on both the front and back. To keep the design balanced and visually appealing, I paired a bold, patterned print with a more subtle design, allowing the beautiful paper to shine without overwhelming the card.

For the focal point of my Pivot Panel Card, I used the circle background die on the left side of the card. Since it was slightly larger than I needed, I simply trimmed off the bottom row of circles with my Paper Snips. I stamped several floral images from the Lovely Arrangements Stamp Set onto Basic White cardstock using Night of Navy ink, then die cut them with the coordinating dies. To complement the flowers, I die cut several leaves from Old Olive cardstock and created layered labels from Night of Navy and Basic White cardstock. I stamped the “Happy Birthday” sentiment in Night of Navy ink on the smaller label and attached it to the larger Night of Navy label using Foam Adhesive Strips for added dimension.

I kept the back of the Pivot Panel Card simple by covering three of the four panels with Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper and adding a Basic White layer to the remaining panel. To coordinate with the rest of the design, I stamped a partial floral image in the upper left and lower right corners of the Basic White panel, creating a subtle decorative touch while leaving plenty of room for a personal message.

I’ve included step-by-step instructions in the video below so you can easily follow along and recreate this card. Then I encourage you to try your own fun fold design and share it with us at Creative Creases Challenge #116. I would truly love to see what you create!
