Hi Stampers.  I am so sad that the Kangaroo & Company stamp set is retiring. When my daughter was a baby (over 25 years ago) we decorated her room in Winnie the Pooh and this stamp set reminds me of that time.  During Sale-A-Bration earlier this year I used the FREE stamp set Darling Donkeys to make Eeyore (my favorite). This card starts with a Balmy Blue card base, 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″.  Next using the cloud die from the Basic Borders Dies, I die cut the backing from our DSP packs.  It’s thicker than cardstock but not quite cardboard and it’s glossy (slick). I used this as a stencil to sponge on the Whisper White ink using a sponge dauber. Another die from the Basic Borders Dies was used to cut the Garden Green layer to look like grass. (For this card it’s raised on the sides, I saved the other side to use as a grass hill on another card.)

The Kangaroos, from the Kangaroo & Company stamp set, were stamped onto Basic White CS in Cinnamon Cider ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends. They were then die cut using the Kangaroo Dies and added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  The sentiment was stamped int he center in Memento Black ink.

Inside the card is a layer of Basic White CS with the sentiment stamped in the center in Balmy Blue ink. The hearts in the lower right and envelope in the upper left are stamped in Polished Pink ink.
